Rate Plan Strategy
Our Rate Plan Strategy Process includes reviewing the contracts of all carriers associated with your company's lines and taking the first steps to conduct a rate plan analysis within each carrier. Subsequent steps may include conducting competitive rate plan analysis in which each line's current rate plan is compared with various rate plans of other carriers in an effort to determine cost savings opportunities. If you have a good Rate Plan Strategy that fits your business, you have the best value, and if not, you overpay, typically by 30-50%.

We will ensure that your company's wireless needs are optimized by utilizing our wireless experience in overseeing compliance with carrier contracts for achieving the best cost savings. We will support and provide substantive expertise to each of your company's wireless managers in negotiating carrier contracts.

We use our NetChange Report each quarter to identify and mediate billing discrepancies, to ensure that carriers have made the recommended and approved rate plan changes for each line and applied discounts on new lines. We also evaluate estimated costs and savings with actual costs and savings and otherwise ensure that the beneficial features, terms, and conditions of contracts with each carrier are realized.
